In these instances one may be forced to liquidate their art or collection during unfavorable market conditions. Other scenarios may find clients wanting to seize on a unexpected business opportunity and tapping the liquidity within their collection can provide an efficient financing solution.


Investment Services

 

Just as with any other asset classes, when specialists use sector expertise, market intelligence and creative investment strategies to recognize and capture the unique opportunities in the market place, they can generate highly attractive returns for their investors. Examples of such issues are; owners of collections can pass away leaving a significant amount of artworks in question of who the true beneficiary is, third party logistics providers holding artworks for gallerists that go into bankruptcy, bankrupt property owners that have a pieces of significantly valued off-market art that was created on the wall of building itself. Finding the solution to these situations of this nature is often a multifaceted conundrum.
